History of Denison Mines Corp.

International Uranium Corporation (IUC) and Denison Mines Inc. (DMI) completed a plan of arrangement on December 1, 2006, which effectively combined the businesses of the two companies. Under the arrangement, DMI became a subsidiary of IUC and shareholders of DMI received 2.88 shares of IUC for every DMI share held. IUC changed its name to Denison Mines Corp.
