MIDWEST A

The Midwest A deposit, formerly known as the Mae Zone, is roughly three kilometers northeast of the Midwest deposit. Denison has a 25.17% interest in the project with AREVA Resources Canada Inc. (ARC) owning 69.16% and OURD owning 5.67%. ARC is the operator.

During the 3,000 metre, 2007 fall drill program, hole MW-753 successfully confirmed sandstone-hosted mineralization on the west extension of the discovery and a second drill hole (MW-755) intersected 21.9 metres of 3.20% eU3O8, potentially indicating a new high-grade zone to the southwest.

In February 2008, Denison received a 43-101 resource estimate for Midwest A showing an indicated mineral resource of approximately 5.8 million pounds of U3O8 at an average grade of 0.57% U3O8 and inferred mineral resources of 4.3 million pounds at an average grade of 21.2% U3O8 (1).

Because of its proximity to the Midwest deposit, Midwest A will benefit directly from the infrastructure (roads, power, water treatment and mill expansion) that will be built to support the development of the Midwest deposit.

(1) The Company has filed the "Technical Report on the Midwest A Uranium Deposit of Saskatchewan, Canada," dated January 31, 2008 on the Company’s profile on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com. A cutoff of 0.05% eU was used.
